The Institute of Agricultural Products Processing of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences is a state-level public welfare scientific research institution in the field of agricultural products processing in China. It has four major disciplines: processing engineering, storage, fresh-keeping and logistics, quality safety, nutrition and health, and eight research directions: grain and oil processing, meat processing, fruit and vegetable processing, pest control in processing, chemical hazard control in processing, traditional food and equipment, nutrition and health, biological manufacturing and food engineering. In 2014, ten sets of refrigerators were installed for the institute, including fresh storage, refrigeration storage and quick-frozen storage. It took more than one month. The project has passed the acceptance test smoothly after installation. So far, the failure rate is low and the equipment runs steadily.
